In each online group mediumship session, we typically open with asking our guides a set of questions and free-writing the answers we receive. Participants are invited to share their answers with the group. We then move on to channelling spirits or groups of spirits to aid them in moving to a better place in the spirit world, supported by our guides and theirs.
